Description
Global Medical Virtual Assistants is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant with expertise in QuickBooks to support our clients in managing their accounting and financial tasks efficiently. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting clients in maintaining financial records, bookkeeping, invoicing, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
TASKS (But not limited to):
- Monitor and manage invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing. Track payments and maintain up-to-date records of outstanding invoices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for QuickBooks-related tasks, ensuring all financial data is recorded and maintained accurately
- Create financial reports and summaries through QuickBooks to provide clients with clear insights into financial performance and trends
- Organize and manage inboxes, prioritize important messages, and respond to client emails professionally and promptly
- Coordinate schedules, set appointments, and send reminders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for clients
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a bookkeeping role, with strong experience in QuickBooks
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
- Basic knowledge of compliance regulations related to financial and accounting practices
- Open to working flexible hours, including potential night shifts

- Computer Operating System: At least Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
- Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature
- Camera: Capable of a clear and crisp video output

- Computer Processor: Intel Core i5-5000 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
- Computer Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB
- Computer Operating System: at least Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
- Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature (Optional)
- OPTION 2 (POWER SUPPLY - UPS):
- Must be capable of powering your work station for at least 3 hours
- Typically a device with 240Wh or higher will be sufficient
- Must be capable of accepting all the plugs required to maintain the primary device and work environment (device, monitor, modem, cell phone if using as internet backup)
