The utility worker is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the retail store by performing a variety of support tasks that may include maintaining the store's cleanliness, helping with stocking and organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations behind the scenes.

Store Maintenance & Cleaning:

• Sweep, mop, and clean store floors and public areas regularly.
• Clean restrooms, stockrooms, and employee areas.
• Ensure that the store is organized and well-maintained at all times.

Stocking & Merchandising Support:

• Assist in stocking shelves with merchandise and organizing inventory.
• Assist in receiving shipments and ensuring products are properly stored.
• Help with arranging products in accordance with store layout plans.

Customer Assistance:

• Assist customers with locating products when needed.
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment.

• Must have valid original barangay and police clearance
• Strong customer service skills are an advantage
• Detail-oriented and proficient in customer interactions
• All genders are welcome
• Trustworthy with a pleasant personality
• Must be 18 years old and above
• High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or higher
• Experience is a plus; candidates without experience are welcome as long as they are willing to be trained
• Able to work a shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holidays
• Physically fit
