Position: Senior Designer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the visual design, functional iteration, and redesign of the core business app and web interface;

2. Follow and enhance design specifications to maintain consistency in product visual style;

3. Possess a good understanding of business, with the ability to clearly comprehend product business objectives and identify corresponding design goals and priorities;

4. Have a certain level of product and interaction thinking, capable of engaging in the product interaction design process, and closely collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure project quality and launch timelines;

5. Stay updated and follow design trends, research target customers, and continuously optimize and innovate the overall user experience.

Requirements

1. Over 3 years of experience in UI product design;

2. Experience in UI design within the web3 domain, familiar with the product usage habits of overseas market users;

3. Background in Digital Media Arts;

4. Strong logical reasoning, communication, and adaptability skills;

5. Clear design thinking, rich innovative ideas, imagination, and strong visual perception skills.
