Description

  • Create design and deliver training solutions to support the organizational change and development outlined in the overall training strategy using a blend of methodologies including computer based, self managed learning, remote delivery, management cascade, classroom and on job learning as appropriate.
  • Conduct and facilitate training activities for the following programs and performs the pre, during and post program coordination, and reporting the results of the following:
  • a. All other in-house developed learning programs
  • b. All other out-sourced training programs as needed
  • Give recommendations and creative/technical inputs to help the organization in designing/redesigning modules/systems for various behavioral/soft skills learning programs.
  • Collaborate with management to identify company learning needs
  • Plan, create and develop effective learning curriculum
  • Creation and development of monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training
  • Improves learning effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proactive training interventions
  • Identifies, selects, and manages external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required learning program.
  • Reviews existing learning programs, suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.
  • Ensures that learning materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
  • Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
  • Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that learning could improve.
  • Ensures that learning milestones and goals are met while adhering to an approved training budget.
  • Handle all Academic Engagements of the organization

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in organizational development and/or in handling employee training, teaching, and designing and facilitating employee learning program, both in-person and virtual.
  • Graduate of BS in Human Resources, BS Education, AB English or relevant field.
  • Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo Pasig.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Personable and outgoing
  • Guest–focused and good Team Player
  • Availability to start ASAP is a PLUS
