Description

  • Conduct Training Sessions: Plan, design, and deliver effective training programs to enhance employees’ skills, knowledge, and performance in the BPO industry. Tailor content to meet the specific needs of the organization and different learning styles.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with team leads, managers, and other departments to identify training needs and design programs that align with business objectives.
  • Training Materials Development: Create and update engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Management: Utilize and manage LMS or similar platforms to track training progress, report on completion rates, and ensure all training records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance assessments, adjusting content as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, training methodologies, and technological advancements to ensure training programs are innovative and relevant.
  • Mentoring and Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed in their roles and contribute effectively to the team.
  • Report Generation and Documentation: Generate regular reports on training progress, attendance, and feedback for management review, ensuring that training goals and performance benchmarks are being met.
  • Time Management & Prioritization: Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and that training sessions are executed on time and within scope.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Present complex information and procedures clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences, ensuring that all participants are able to grasp key concepts and apply them in their daily tasks.
  • Problem Resolution: Address both big and small training-related issues, proactively identifying potential challenges and developing solutions to ensure smooth training delivery and learning experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team environment by working closely with other trainers, leadership, and employees to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training in the BPO industry
  • Self-directed with initiative in addressing both big and small problems
  • Excellent team player with experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Experience in education, learning & development, training, or instructional design is desired
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or similar systems is an advantage
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
  • Proven ability to manage the full training cycle
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software
