Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and check the accuracy of cash & check (dated/post dated) remittances versus invoices prepared by salesman per route
- Ensure returned checks will be replaced by customers concerned
- Updating of accounts receivables and ensure that customers are well inform of their semi-monthly overdue payables and payments made beyond agreed credit term/line
- Preparation of customers statement of accounts and disseminate per salesman in-charge
- Be able to visit customers personally to ensure credibility of salesman in-charge
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
- With knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel)
- Fast learner
- Pleasant attitude
- Computer Literate
- With background in Telemarketer
- Customer Service
- Willing to do field work
