Job Description:

Timekeeping Duties:

• Monitor and record daily attendance, absences, overtime, and leaves of site personnel.

• Prepare weekly time reports for submission to the HR department.

• Maintain and update employee records related to timekeeping.

Ensure timely submission of timesheets and payroll-related documents.

Warehouse Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment.

• Properly store and organize materials within the warehouse or storage area.

• Issue materials and tools based on approved requests and maintain accurate records of issuances.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.

• Maintain inventory records through manual logs or inventory software.

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all stored items.

Qualification:

• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and timekeeping/inventory systems.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse tasks.

• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
