Description

  1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.

  1. Cash Handling: Accurately process cash transactions, ensuring the proper handling of cash, checks, and other monetary instruments.

  1. Account Management: Assist customers with opening new accounts, updating account information, and promoting additional banking products and services.

  1. Compliance & Security: Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including safeguarding customer information and preventing fraud.

  1. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive banking experience.

Requirements

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or related fields preferred.

  1. Experience: Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred but not required.

  1. Skills: Strong communication, mathematical, and organizational skills.

  1. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.

  1. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using banking software, cash registers, and other office equipment.
