• Handles incoming calls or calls directly by telephone prospect clients who have responded to an advertising and identify cargo requirement needs.
• Responsible in qualifying prospects clients in order to increase numbers of quality sales lead.
• Support field sales representatives by setting appointment to qualified prospects.
• Actively seeking out new sales lead daily through networking, social media, and other media advertisement.
• Learn all cargo services offered and make an appealing presentation to be able to present the services effectively and answer prospects clients' question accurately.
• Contact existing and new customers to attempt to offer new services or any promotions relevant to their needs.
• Perform follow up action by offering prospects' further information.
• Make courtesy call or after sale call to clients to ask if they were satisfied with the service receive which will help to improve customer relationship and customer retention.
• Prepares daily/weekly/monthly Sales Lead Performance report.
• Involve and/or participate sales strategy planning with Immediate Superior.
• Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.

• Customer-focused Sales Associate with proven sales success, product knowledge, and a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree of marketing or any business related course.
• Work Experience/s: Preferably at least 2 years work experience in customer service, sales, logistics operations or airfreight industry.
