Description
- Direct reporting to his superior
- Supervising and managing a team of warehouse worker
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance, productivity and safety of the team
- Scheduling and assigning task, orders and inventory
- Ensuring the warehouse and equipment are clean and well-maintained
- Assist warehouse loading and unloading activity
- Implementing the management policy
- Explaining inventory variance
- Step in to resolve conflicts that may arise between workers on site
- Ensure that stock inventory is carried out in a timely manner
- Check all outgoing stock to ensure that they are in good condition
- Constantly inspect all work equipment to identify shortages and damages
Requirements
- College graduate
- Must be a Computer literate
- With good character and attitude
- Good knowledge of record keeping
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to fully carry out instructions
- Good leadership skills
- Good team skills to be able to work with other
