• Manages the Relationship Managers, CSOs and MAs in accordance with the goals assigned to its team.
• Manages Private Wealth clients / Assists RMs in managing Private Wealth clients
• Ensures adherence to the account’s agreement, investment guidelines, special instructions, internal policies and procedures, and existing banking circulars and trust rules and regulations
• Receives notices, instructions, communications, and supporting documents related to the account’s investment and administrative requirements, and coordinates with concerned departments to ensure timely and correct execution
• Relays client’s instructions such as but not limited to contributions, withdrawals, transfers, and execution of trades
• Undertakes periodic visits to high net-worth individuals to maintain, build, and strengthen relationships
• Reviews periodically client portfolio
• Provides investment advice and recommendation
• Addresses and resolves client concerns and inquiries
• Acts as alternate officer in the absence of other PW Relationship Manager
• Attends/Conducts training to improve knowledge, expertise, and skills relevant to work requirements
  
  

• Preferably with Master's Degree on related industry
• Background in Financial Services industry
• At least 10 years banking experience
• With experience in leading teams
• Knowledge of the trust business, investments, securities, and financial markets
• Good People Skills
• Good Leadership Skills
• Takes Initiative
• Takes responsibility and exercises accountability over transactions /team/ clients
