Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of teas, including loose leaf and specialty blends.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and educating them about teas.
- Ensure high-quality service and a positive customer experience.
- Manage inventory and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience necessary, training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, proficiency in latte art, strong coffee knowledge, flexibility, and excellent customer service skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, potential for weekend and holiday shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication.
