The Opportunity

We hiring a Talent Mapping Specialist to join our high-performing, collaborative recruitment team shaping the future of talent acquisition across APAC. Based in Manila, you’ll be part of a global recruitment model, supporting leaders across regions (from Directors to Talent Acquisition counterparts) with strategic talent insights, market mapping, and proactive sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment assignments from briefing to offer stage with strong focus on job leads
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans and craft compelling job ads and social media content.
  • Conduct structured interviews using tailored screening questions and competency-based guides.
  • Manage candidate pipelines: phone screens, CV formatting, shortlists, and ATS updates.
  • Support hiring decisions through stakeholder management, salary negotiations, and compliance.
  • Provide market insights through salary benchmarking and talent mapping.


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven recruitment experience, including passive sourcing and use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights
  • Regional exposure, ideally across Southeast Asia and with Australian/ Western hiring managers.
  • Fluent in English, with solid ability to manage high-level stakeholders
  • Experienced with ATS, databases, MS Office, and data integrity practices
  • Results-driven, consistently meeting KPIs with strong critical thinking and a candidate network
  • Team-oriented and adaptable, with attention to detail, a positive mindset, and a willingness to learn and improve every day
  • Industry professionals (e.g. HRBPs, Banking & Finance, IT, etc.) who have transitioned into Talent Acquisition or Strategic Sourcing/ Research are highly regarded.
