Rebisco Group of Food Companies is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist!
QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or any business-related course.
- With at least 1 to 2years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and pre-onboarding) and volume hiring.
- With well-established networks (government agencies, schools/universities, professional associations/ organizations, social media, etc.)
- Resourceful, Analytical, Creative and innovative on social media in terms of branding, recruiting, and hiring campaigns
- Willing to be based in Tanza, Cavite
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
Experience:
- Talent Acquisition /Recruitment: 1 year (Required)
