Meal Allowance, Housing Allowance
Job Responsibilities:
1. Review all reports for submission to the Operations Director for re-evaluation.
2. Coordinate the procurement process for fixed assets in the factory, office supplies, and materials needed for other temporary paid services.
3. Supervise the HR and finance departments regarding social security contributions, tax payments, office expense payments, and ensure reporting processes are completed on time.
4. Coordinate the completion of accounts receivable and invoice issuance matters.
5. Assist the Director in completing project petty cash payments, reimbursements, and collection of receipts.
6. Update the inventory materials list and materials in-and-out list weekly.
7. Manage correspondence with QMB and report to the Operations Director in real-time.
8. Assist in reviewing and completing all OA processes that need to be submitted.
9. Oversee various HR and finance tasks as well as coordination with headquarters.
10. Review the project payroll for all employees and ensure the timely completion of payroll reporting, review, and distribution.
11. Summarize and update the vehicle usage schedule for the week by Friday and prepare the vehicle usage plan for the following week.
12. Complete requests for fixed cleaning fees, one-time project costs, and temporary paid service fees by the 25th of each month, and register them in the system for release (only responsible for reviewing and coordinating with the finance assistant to complete).
13. Review and coordinate the issuance of invoices for 222/12, 111/63, and 111/53 on the last day of each month and send them to the Operations Director.
14. Prepare meeting materials each week, create meeting minutes, and track records of key tasks.
Job Requirements:
1. Under 40 years old, with a college degree or higher;
2. Familiar with human resources and financial work processes;
3. Proficient in both Chinese and Thai languages; local Thai nationals or individuals of Chinese descent are acceptable;
4. More than 2 years of comprehensive management experience in a company with over 100 employees, familiarity with the cleaning industry is preferred;
5. Proficient in office software, capable of creating and reviewing daily form data;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented, and good communication skills;
