We are seeking a skilled Spiff Systems Engineer with expertise in managing and optimizing the Spiff platform alongside a deep understanding of Salesforce, commerce tools, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating and managing Spiff within our existing tech stack, ensuring seamless operation and maximizing the effectiveness of our sales incentive programs.

• Spiff Platform Management:
• Implement, configure, and maintain the Spiff platform to manage sales incentive programs effectively.
• Integrate Spiff with Salesforce (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud) and other relevant platforms.
• Develop custom solutions within Spiff to align with organizational goals and improve user experience.
• Monitor and optimize Spiff’s performance, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and payout of incentives.
• Salesforce Platform Management:
• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce B2B Commerce (Lightning and Classic) solutions, integrating them with Spiff and other tools.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Implement and manage Tealium CDP solutions (AudienceStream, EventStream, Tealium IQ Tag) to enhance customer data integration with Spiff.
• System Integration and Development:
• Design, develop, and manage integrations between Spiff, Salesforce, and other systems using Salesforce SOAP and REST APIs, Metadata API, and Bulk API.
• Utilize Heroku and NodeJS for deploying, managing, and scaling applications related to Spiff and its integrations.
• Develop and maintain custom applications and services using Salesforce technologies (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce Pages) and Javascript.
• Commerce Platform Management:
• Work closely with the commercetools platform to manage both B2C and B2B commerce functionalities, ensuring alignment with Spiff and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain Salesforce, Spiff, and commercetools solutions.
• Technical Leadership and Support:
• Provide technical leadership in implementing web services and service-oriented architecture (SOA) within the Salesforce and Spiff ecosystems.
• Support the continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring best practices are followed across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Spiff and related systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

• Proven experience with the Spiff platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning B2B Commerce, Salesforce B2B Commerce Classic, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Tealium CDP implementation, including AudienceStream, EventStream, and Tealium IQ Tag.
• Solid experience with commercetools for both B2C and B2B commerce functionalities.
• Strong programming skills in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, and Javascript.
• Expertise in integrating systems using Salesforce SOAP and REST APIs, Metadata API, and Bulk API.
• Experience with the Heroku platform and NodeJS development.
• Strong understanding of web services and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
