Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute Supply Chain Finance Analyst/Manager to support our supply chain operations within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. This role is critical in driving cost efficiency, improving working capital, and enhancing decision-making through financial insights across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Business Partnering:
  • Partner with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to provide financial insights and drive performance.
  • Support decision-making on cost optimization initiatives, CAPEX investments, and inventory management.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Lead and manage the supply chain financial planning process including budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Track actual performance vs. budget and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
  • Cost Analysis & Control:
  • Analyze cost drivers across the supply chain (raw materials, packaging, freight, warehousing, etc.).
  • Monitor manufacturing cost trends, product costing, and standard cost updates.
  • Working Capital Optimization:
  • Drive improvements in inventory turnover, supplier payment terms, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize stock levels without compromising service levels.
  • Reporting & Insights:
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting on supply chain KPIs and financial metrics.
  • Present monthly dashboards and operational reviews to leadership.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
  • Support digital transformation projects and ERP/SAP enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 3 years of finance experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain finance concepts (COGS, inventory valuation, OEE, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence non-finance stakeholders.
