Description

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures and overall presentation.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates for excellent customer service.
Monitor and control inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse department for timely replenishment.
Supervise cashier operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
Ensures daily operations are reported and submitted accordinly.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Implement visual merchandising standards per Anta brand guidelines.
Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff productivity.

Requirements

Graduate of any bachelor’s degree in management or any related courses
With at least 3 years experience in RETAIL is an advantage (shoes, apparel, bags and accessories)
Knowledgeable in store operations, apparel, and similar products.
Background in cashier tasks, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Customer-centric approach with effective communication abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
Familiarity with visual merchandising principles.
Adherence to company policies and procedures.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
