- Oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Drive sales growth and meet performance targets.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff to ensure top-notch service.
- Maintain inventory, organize displays, and manage promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute store events and campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or tech industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and charging solutions (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to analyze sales data and manage inventory effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
