JOJO BRAGAIS SHOES is looking for a Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes the internet—and has a flair for glam, fashion, and all things pageant-worthy. You’ll be in charge of keeping our brand shining online across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. From posting eye-catching content to writing scroll-stopping captions, your mission is to keep us relevant, on-trend, and always camera-ready.


You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to bring campaigns to life—whether it’s a new pair of statement heels, a sash-worthy launch, or a trending moment our queens can’t miss. If you’re always online, can tell the difference between a Reel and a runway walk, and love turning viral moments into brand gold, this role is made for you.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Run the Content Calendar (Like a Queen)

  • Keep all posts organized and scheduled across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Coordinate with the Brand and Trade teams so our latest styles and campaigns debut right on cue.

Post with Personality

  • Write captions that sparkle—whether it’s glam, witty, empowering, or just perfectly on-brand.
  • Use the right hashtags, emojis, and tone to match each post and platform.

Stay Fashionably On-Trend

  • Know what’s trending (or about to be) and pitch ideas that make us part of the conversation.
  • Adjust content strategy based on social platform updates, shifts, and algorithm magic.

Engage Like a True Queen

  • Reply to comments, DMs, and tags in a voice that feels like us—confident, kind, and fun.
  • Keep an ear to the ground for feedback, concerns, or viral-worthy content from our community.

Track the Sparkle

  • Use analytics tools to track what’s working and what’s falling flat.
  • Share regular reports and suggest improvements based on what the numbers are saying.

Collaborate with Creatives

  • Work with our in-house graphic artist and videographer/editor to get content ready to shine.
  • Help schedule influencer or user-generated content that aligns with our glam goals.

Show Up in Real Time

  • Post live during new drops, pageant season, or social moments we just have to join.
  • Keep a pulse on what’s happening online and help us stay in the spotlight.

Bring the Ideas

  • Join brainstorms, pitch fresh concepts, and help us keep social feeling fabulous, fierce, and forward.


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience managing brand social media accounts, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or youth-oriented brands.
  • Proficient in managing and posting on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Threads
  • Excellent written communication and captioning skills
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)
  • Strong eye for timing, tone, and relevance
  • Keen awareness of pop culture, digital behavior, and emerging content formats
