We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media EA to join our growing team. As a pivotal member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years experience in managing professional social media accounts with an understanding of social metrics and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development to create social media campaigns that align with business goals
  • Manage social media content calendar and scheduling to ensure consistent and effective messaging
  • Monitor social media channels for customer comments, feedback and inquiries; respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay updated on social media best practices, technologies, and trends
  • Utilize social media management tools to manage and optimize social media performance and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing social media platforms and growing followers
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for content creation and storytelling
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
