- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- JLPT N1 ( Fluent in Japanese/English )
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills; proficiency in CRM software.
- Oversee customer service team, resolve escalated issues, implement service policies, and train staff.
