- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Promote company products and services, upselling when appropriate.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote services.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in a retail or service environment, with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, proactive, and able to work in a team.
