Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow CEB's design team
• Conduct visual research to stay ahead of trends, tools, tech, and user behavior
• Create and maintain visual identities that reflect the brand’s values and messaging
• Develop visual design languages and style guides
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms
• Effectively communicate design concepts to team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders
• Experiment with new design techniques to enhance user engagement and experience
• Help improve the team’s visual skills and expertise
• Set up and improve DesignOps processes and frameworks
• Establish UX Research processes and frameworks

Qualifications:

• With Bachelor’s/College degree in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia Graphics or any Design/Computer related courses.
• User centered design certification is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience as a UX designer, visual designer, or in a similar role, working on digital products, apps, and services
• A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of design projects, particularly digital interfaces
• Experience designing for multiple platforms (mobile, web, tablet, etc.), with a focus on responsive and mobile-first design
• Experience integrating and launching large-scale products

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
