Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Present products and services to potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Civil or Electrical course, or any related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and maintain client relationships, meet sales targets, and conduct market research.
- Working Conditions: Office or remote environment, with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Dynamic, driven, self-motivated, and an effective team player.
