As a Senior Promo Order Processing Specialist, you'll ensure smooth, accurate, and timely order processing. Working closely with clients, production teams, and sales, you'll ensure orders meet specifications and are fulfilled efficiently. This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Order Management: Accurately input customer orders into our order management system, ensuring all specifications (materials, design, quantity, delivery timeline) are met
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, inquiries, or concerns. Provide outstanding service and resolve any issues promptly
• Coordination with Production Teams: Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure the timely and accurate execution of orders. Monitor production timelines and inventory levels for efficient fulfillment
• Quality Control: Review orders for accuracy and completeness to ensure all materials meet the client’s specifications and quality standards
• Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory, coordinating with purchasing teams to maintain stock levels for order fulfillment
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition, addressing and resolving any issues along the way
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all processed orders and assist with reporting on order trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in promo order processing, customer service, or logistics (experience in promotional, healthcare or printing industries is a plus)
• Proficient in using Monday.com, Common Skew, Google Workspace, and various design software
• Experience with order management software, CRM, or ERP systems is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
