JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Business Development Manager is a pivotal role driving the company's growth through strategic client engagement and business development. Responsibilities include establishing rapport with potential clients, planning and executing marketing initiatives, researching new opportunities, and identifying untapped markets. The Senior Accounts Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company's success by contributing to a robust sales pipeline and fostering lasting client relationships.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Engagement and Relationship Building – Cultivating connections, conducting client research, and facilitating meaningful meetings to establish rapport and trust.

Business Development and Lead Generation – Identifying new markets and opportunities, generating leads, and initiating the sales process within targeted industries or brands.

Sales Strategy and Execution – Crafting proposals, delivering sales presentations, and negotiating with clients to align with their needs and secure business.

Marketing and Industry Insight – Leading strategic marketing efforts and staying updated on industry trends through events and market research.

Collaboration and Internal Coordination – Working closely with internal teams to complete job orders, provide creative insights, and support proposal development.

Performance Tracking and Reporting – Meeting set targets and providing consistent updates through weekly progress reports and business reviews.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
  • A master's degree in a relevant discipline would be an added advantage.


RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in cultivating and managing client relationships, particularly with key decision-makers.
  • Previous experience in planning and executing successful marketing initiatives, including market research, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with the industry and market trends, with a keen ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to a diverse audience.
  • Prior exposure to client servicing and managing client feedback and expectations.


SKILLS:

Exceptional Communication and Relationship-Building – Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive proposals and build rapport with clients and internal teams.

Strategic Thinking and Market Insight – Skilled in market research and data analysis, with the ability to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into effective business strategies.

Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration – Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects, and experienced in working with diverse teams to deliver seamless client solutions.

Sales Expertise and Results Orientation – Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, with proven ability to meet targets, adapt strategies, and drive business growth.
