  • Manage correspondence and communications.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Assist in project coordination and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Handle office supplies and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Candidates should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in New Business Development, Problem Solving, Project Management, and Presentation skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage schedules, prepare documents, support project coordination, and assist in business development efforts.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with standard working hours and occasional overtime as needed.
