Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Strategist to own and optimize the SEO strategies across various industries. The SEO Strategist is expected to understand business goals and translate that into actionable SEO plans to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute tailored SEO strategies for clients including technical SEO, content development, keyword research and link building

● Onboard new clients with site audits, opportunity analysis and establish SEO roadmaps

● Perform regular site crawls and technical analysis and provide fix recommendations

● Conduct keyword research, track rankings and create content strategies

● Create detailed content outlines and brief writers and editors

● Optimize content for voice search optimization and featured snippets

● Identify and build high-quality backlinks, sponsorship opportunities

● Understand site analytics and core web vitals, translate results into business impacts

● Create monthly performance reports, identify optimization opportunities

● Identify competitor strategies and channels and reverse-engineer for clients

● Define and track SEO KPIs, correlate SEO efforts to website traffic and sales

● Ongoing SEO support and consultation for clients via Slack during regular business hours.

Minimum Requirements:

● 4+ years in an SEO specialist role

● Expertise with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, RankRanger etc.

● Strong knowledge of technical SEO and ability to diagnose site issues

● Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach

● Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Search Console

● Strong project management skills

● Comfortable managing multiple client websites

● Previous experience in ecommerce/SaaS industries a plus

● Fluent in English (written and verbal)
