Description
- The Sales Support Technician will provide technical assistance to the Business Development Officers/Manager regarding customer concerns or requirements.
- As well as assist with loading activities for assigned accounts to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Additionally, responsible for prospecting potential accounts, delivering presentations, and preparing necessary quotations.
Requirements
- IT Graduate
- can work under pressure & minimum supervision
- able to do multi-tasking job
- must have a good moral character
- trustworthy & hardworking
- Proven skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Salesforce.
- Excellent teamwork abilities.
- Minimum education level: Bachelors degree.
