Key Responsibilities include:
Sales Operations Support:
- Support sales activities at both operational and customer engagement levels, such as researching contact details, gathering client feedback, setting up store/client visits, and conducting outreach calls.
- Facilitate effective communication and follow-up actions between the sales team, marketing team, and clients to address sales requirements and inquiries.
- Coordinating and executing of sales support projects, including sales data analysis, CRM/sales software management, lead generation, and collating market research.
- Coordinate and monitor lead generation processes, pipelines, and task activities to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Conduct outbound calls to key clients for check-ins, surveys, and market insights to maintain strong relationships and stay informed on trends.
- Coordinate and support telemarketing and other lead generation initiatives and manage client data to boost lead generation efforts.
- Write, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, reports, and email templates, incorporating insights from customer interactions.
- Handle other tasks and projects as needed to support the sales team
Sales Field/Merchandise Coordination:
- Track and support the performance of sales field representatives and the merchandise team.
- Ensure the team has all necessary sales collateral, tools, and resources to achieve their goals.
- Liaise with partners and suppliers to produce and manage sales collaterals & tools for the sales team, managing the demand and item’s stock
Sales Meeting Facilitation:
- Organize and coordinate regular sales meetings, including preparing presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action points
