About this Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of sales representatives in achieving and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, providing coaching and training, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management:
• Set clear performance goals and expectations for sales team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to improve individual and team performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address challenges. As well as foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Monitor team activities and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions specific to the Philippine market.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales team progress.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to management.
• Identify areas for performance improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Sales used software is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the Philippine market and business culture.
