  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Effectively communicate product and service offerings to customers, highlighting the unique value proposition
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and contribute to the overall sales strategy
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the supply chain, transport, or logistics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage the sales process
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Familiar with the local Calamba City Laguna market and industry trends
