Description
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
- Present products and services to potential customers effectively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Compile sales reports and feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, adept in Customer Relationship Management, and proficient in leveraging social media for sales.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
