Description
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Provide customers with information about items
- Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationship
- Performing daily tasks such as Daily Sales Report and inventory.
- Conducting an accurate measurement based on client's product order (carpet, blinds, wallpaper)
- Processing of payment- scan items, accepts payment and provide change and receipts
- Handling return and exchange: process return and exchange merchandise under the policy of Showcase Carpet and Co.
- Managing cash: oversee the funds in a cash register and balance the amount at every end of your shift
- Cash remittance: responsible in depositing the daily sales to the designated bank account.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, alongside the ability to build relationships and meet sales targets.
