Description
- Meet and exceed sales target
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executive.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customer.
- Implement a sales strategy targeting key decision makers to build a network and drive business; strategically cross-sell into existing accounts to highlight the scope of Vanguard's products and services; serve as a trusted adviser to customers.
- Achieve or exceed territory performance goals;
- Qualify new business opportunities to ensure alignment of commercial objectives, financial objectives and customer needs;
- Communicate and collaborate with assigned Inside Sales Representative and Sales Development Coordinator to provide a seamless sales experience for your prospects and customers; ensure alignment of commercial objectives, financial objectives and customer needs.
- Provide market intelligence to the sales manager.
- Expedite the resolution of customer questions, problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure weekly and monthly reports are completed and submitted timely.
- Shall be tasked to promote the company's logistics services to prospective customers.
- Secure new customers and maintain existing ones. This can be done through telemarketing, email and actual visits.
- Coordinate shipments between customer and operations personnel.
Requirements
- A graduate of Bachelors in Customs Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- Experienced professionals in the field of supply chain management, transport, and logistics.
- Computer Literate
- Possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in writing and speaking English.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
