Description

Ollins is a leading provider of comprehensive packaging solutions, specializing in rigid plastic packaging (such as jerry cans, bottles, drums, and pails) and flexible packaging (including plastic films and paper containers). We serve a wide range of industries, including chemicals, food manufacturing, cold chain logistics, and more. Our mission is to provide sustainable, innovative, and practical packaging solutions tailored to the unique needs of our customers.


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Online Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers via email, promoting our packaging solutions, and generating interest in our products. This role will also involve following up with leads, managing communication, and ensuring that qualified prospects are passed on to our product team for further development.


  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers within target industries (chemical companies, food manufacturers, cold chain/logistics companies) through online databases, industry directories, and other sources.
  • Email Outreach: Craft and send personalized email outreach to at least 100 potential customers daily, introducing our packaging solutions and gauging their interest in our products.
  • Lead Qualification & Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to ensure they are engaged and assess their interest in further discussions about our packaging solutions.
  • Lead Handover: Ensure qualified leads are passed on to the product team for further engagement and development. Maintain clear records of lead status and communication.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Track all interactions and maintain an organized system for monitoring leads and follow-ups.
  • Market Understanding: Stay up-to-date on trends and challenges within target industries (chemical, food, cold chain, and logistics) to better tailor email outreach and solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional email etiquette.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in B2B or packaging-related industries).
  • Comfort with online research, lead generation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience with cold emailing and follow-up strategies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of packaging solutions or industries such as chemicals, food manufacturing, and logistics is advantageous but not required.
