JOB ROLE: SALES AGENT (CONSTRUCTION)


ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sales Executive is responsible for aggressively prospecting, acquiring high-value clients,

and exceeding sales targets in the construction industry by offering top-tier formworks solutions

and construction materials. This role demands a high-performance, results-driven professional

with strong negotiation skills, a hunter mentality and the drive to dominate the market.



WHAT YOU’LL DO:


Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Aggressively generate leads through networking, referrals and strategic outreach.
  • Identify high-potential clients and penetrate untapped markets for maximum revenue.
  • Build and maintain a full sales pipeline from prospecting leads to closing deals.
  • Conduct research and analyze market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain active communication with potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market trends, client needs and potential areas for service development.


Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Convert prospects into long-term, high-value clients.
  • Maintain detailed, real-time updates on prospects, leads and closed clients.


Sales Administration and Reporting

  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports including:
  • Lead conversion rates (Prospects >> Qualified Leads >> Closed Sales)
  • Revenue Performance vs Sales Targets
  • Present sales forecasts and action plans to ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Gather insights on competitor pricing, product offerings and market positioning



WHO YOU ARE:


● 3+ years of experience in B2B and B2C, preferably in construction, engineering and

industrial solutions.

● Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with a result-driven mindset.

● Expertise in prospecting, lead generation and market penetration.

● Ability to engage decision-makers and present compelling value propositions.

● Proven experience in strategic sales planning and pipeline management.

● Excellent communication skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with

the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

● Comfortable conducting field visits and engaging clients both in-person and online.
