We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to play a vital role in driving our client acquisition efforts and optimizing the lead-to-client engagement process. If you're skilled in managing communication cycles, building rapport with potential clients, and keeping the sales team organized and on track—this role is for you.


What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain consistent engagement cycles with prospective company clients through calls, SMS, and email communication
  • Support lead generation efforts by researching and identifying new company prospects to expand the client database
  • Ensure the lead database is always up to date—tracking lead status and verifying company contact details
  • Convert leads into scheduled product presentations by coordinating with the right company representatives
  • Monitor and track onboarding progress from initial accreditation to MOA sign-off and employee training
  • Ensure timely and well-coordinated sales activities by organizing and updating the sales activity calendar
  • Assist the Account Management (Sales) Team in planning, documenting, and executing sales initiatives
  • Establish rapport with potential clients and advocate for the Salary Loan product through effective communication and follow-up

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or client coordination
  • Strong communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, especially in the financial or lending sector, is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Energetic team player with a customer-centric mindset
