Description

  • Assist beauty consultants in achieving targets and managing schedules.
  • Coordinate sales activities and track progress of leads.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.
  • Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support and organize marketing initiatives.
  • Process orders and handle inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Knows how to speak and understand Bisaya dialect.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation, sales management, interpersonal skills, and customer relationship management.
  • Support beauty consultants and manage inquiries.
  • Office environment with potential travel for outlet/concession visits.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communicator.
