Description

  • Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges.
  • Achieve sales goals by promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves or displays as needed.
  • Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Proven experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and making accurate change.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
