JOB PURPOSE

  • Responsible and accountable for the occupancy of ALogis Artico
  • Drive high portfolio occupancy across all facilities nation-wide in terms of Pallet utilization


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the team in sourcing & handling key accounts for all facilities nationwide
  • Be part of a high performing team covering sales & marketing
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the market across multiple verticals;
  • Analyze and monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement related to Sales & Marketing of ALogis Artico;
  • Create and deliver reports to management and maintain effective meeting notes;
  • Responsible in assisting in over-all leasing process – from preparation of presentation and offer sheet to prospective clients & documentation activities until handover to the Operations group; full occupancy target and maximized profitability;
  • Research prospective accounts, locators and lessees in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to successful agreements;
  • Assist in the collection of outstanding account or receivables from clients; and
  • Responsible for the start to end of the leasing process:
  • Presentation to prospective clients
  • Market the facilities to be able to fill-in any available room/s or pallet position and maximize the capacity of the two facilities
  • Preparation of the offer sheets (rates subject to approval & in coordination with the Operations Manager)
  • Preparation of the contract of lease and / or renewal contract
  • Liaise with the other departments / team to address issues and/or concerns of the customers
  • Collect post-dated checks from clients for the leased area
  • Assist in collection of accounts receivable of the customers


OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in major department projects and take an active role in cross-functional teams to assist in driving quality improvements, processes, and initiatives
  • Actively participates and communicates in the team-based work groups
  • Other functions that may be necessary to the overall function.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • A graduate of Business Administration or Marketing, or similar field
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Real estate or Logistics Sales and Marketing
  • A background in cold storage warehouse operations or leasing is preferred
  • Willing to travel to different property sites across the country
  • Good communication skills and customer service
  • Can work with minimal supervision
