Description

  • Follow proper work ethics especially on attendance, proper uniform and teamwork
  • Conduct monthly canvass drive cascade for the distributor and merchandiser /coordinator in the assigned area.
  • Lead the cascade together with the operational manager 
  • Leads the deployment of merchandising materials and other items needed in the trade
  • Leads the audit and inventory and tracking of merchandising materials and assets deployment
  • Prepare and check progress of execution through weekly scorecards.
  • Coordinate with sales on execution gaps and get sales commitments on execution of programs
