① システム移行（COBOL → Java）
既存COBOLコードの解析・要件整理
Javaでの再設計・実装
移行データの整備および検証
② 開発業務
基本設計・詳細設計の作成
Javaでのプログラム開発（新規・改修）
ユニットテスト・統合テストの実施
③ ドキュメント作成・報告
設計書、テスト仕様書の作成
Requirements
必須：
・日本語が流暢（N2以上)の方
・JAVAでの開発経験を8年以上お持ちの方
尚可：
英語でのコミュニケーション能力
Fixed Schedule·12:04-18:00·間休憩一時間（法定休憩時間あり）
Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)
Health Insurance·Welfare Pension Insurance·Employment Insurance·Workers' Compensation Insurance
