Description
- Develop and implement visually appealing product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with store management to optimize product placement.
- Conduct regular assessments of sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required, but basic knowledge of retail operations is preferred.
- Experience Level: 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and basic analytical abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage product displays, monitor stock levels, and ensure promotional materials are effectively placed.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability.
