- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Train and mentor staff for continual improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
Requirements
- Job Title: Restaurant Manager
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, teamwork, quality control, operations management, and excellent communication (both written and verbal).
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, ensure quality service, manage inventory, train staff, and maintain documentation.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring adaptability to changing situations.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a positive work atmosphere.
