Job Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for recruitment work, formulate and execute recruitment plans according to the company's business needs, and quickly fill vacancies in various departments;

Maintain and develop recruitment channels (job boards, headhunters, internal referrals, industry communities, etc.), and establish a talent pool;

Participate in promoting the company's employer brand to enhance talent attraction;

Other HR-related tasks.
