Job Description:

We are seeking a highly proactive, results-driven remote sales and marketing specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to key decision-makers in industries such as packaging, logistics, and sustainability through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email, and text messages.


Your primary focus will be to initiate and maintain personalized communication with potential clients and partners to establish valuable business relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Proactively engage with key decision-makers via LinkedInemail, and SMS text messages to introduce Ollins Solutions and initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Personalized Messaging: Craft tailored messages to each prospect based on their role, industry, and specific business needs, focusing on building rapport and trust.
  • Follow-Up and Persistence: Consistently follow up with leads through appropriate channels to ensure continued engagement, without being overly aggressive.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify high-quality leads, prioritize outreach based on potential value, and ensure that communication is relevant and timely.
  • Collaboration Opportunities: Engage prospects in discussions about potential collaborations, partnerships, or projects in the packaging and sustainability sectors.
  • Track and Report Metrics: Use a CRM (or Google Sheets) to track leads, responses, follow-ups, and outreach success. Report on KPIs such as response rates, meetings set, and conversions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Test new messaging strategies, track performance, and iterate to improve outreach tactics.

Requirements

  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and follow through without constant supervision. A results-oriented mindset is key.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized messages.
  • Experience with Multi-Channel Outreach: Proven experience in using LinkedInemail, and text messaging for sales or marketing outreach.
  • Lead Generation Expertise: Experience in B2B lead generation and outreach, particularly in the packaging, logistics, or sustainability sectors.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Outreach), and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Persistence and Tenacity: Comfortable with frequent follow-ups and using multiple methods to ensure you’re getting in front of the right people.
  • Results-Focused: Strong understanding of sales KPIs and a drive to meet or exceed outreach and conversion goals.
  • Background in Packaging or Sustainability: A plus, but not mandatory.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of packaging solutions or sustainability trends.
  • Experience using SMS outreach tools (e.g., Twilio, EZTexting).
  • Ability to run and track campaigns across multiple platforms to identify the most effective outreach methods.
