Description

  • Responsible for assisting the sales team in obtaining approval for the order shipment process from the merchant system through the operational system. (Not for Promotion, Purchase, Ordering, or Receiving the Orders).

Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school or equivalent.
  • Male/Female (Female preferred), aged 18 to 50 years.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to solve problems.
  • Must have a personal mobile phone/laptop for work purposes.
  • Responsible and able to work under pressure.
