Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager at Cosmetique Asia Corporation. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing actual sales operations and implement programs by planning, leading, and organizing the performance of the Region's Channel Development Managers, in order to achieve the goals & objectives set by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
• 2 years of experience with similar position.
• Has a valid driver's license, can drive manual / automatic car.
• Proficient in using MS Programs (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Has experience in handling distributor.
• Relevant experience in FMCG or personal care industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Area familiarity, preferably based in Cebu City.
• Can start ASAP.
